Return & Refund Policy

At Offer Aesthetic LLC, we are committed to providing our customers with products that meet the quality and accuracy of our marketing. If you receive an item that does not arrive as marketed, we will issue a 100% refund in the form of store credit.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility:

1. Service Ticket Requirement:

   • The customer must submit a service ticket within 24 hours of receiving the item.

   • Service tickets submitted after this period may not be eligible for refund consideration.

2. Approval & Discretion:

   • All refund or credit requests are subject to the full approval and sole discretion of Offer Aesthetic LLC.

   • Offer Aesthetic LLC reserves the right to request supporting documentation, including but not limited to photos, videos, or written statements, to verify claims.

3. Refund Method:

   • Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by Offer Aesthetic LLC, all refunds will be provided exclusively as store credit.

   • Cash or direct payment refunds will not be issued.

4. Additional Credit:

   • Based on the particular circumstances, Offer Aesthetic LLC may, at its sole discretion, issue up to an additional 10% store credit in addition to the standard 100% credit.

5. Exclusions & Limitations:

   • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow provided instructions will not be eligible for refund.

   • Offer Aesthetic LLC is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

   • Failure to comply with the terms of this policy may result in forfeiture of eligibility for refund or credit.

6.  Restocking Fee

• • If you choose to return or request a refund for an order for reasons other than the item not arriving as marketed (including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect purchase, or no longer needing the item), a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers handling, inspection, and administrative costs associated with processing the return. Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
    
• Consumables: Consumable items are non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped. Due to product integrity, safety, and storage requirements, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any consumables after they have left our facility. All consumable purchases are considered final upon shipment, regardless of whether the items have been opened or used.

By completing a purchase with Offer Aesthetic LLC, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Return & Refund Policy.
