Refund policy

We offer full refunds on any item that does not arrive as marketed. You must submit a refund request with detailed documentation of the issue within 24 hours of delivery of your order. Further information may be requested by Offer Aesthetic and the return & refund is at the sole discretion of Offer Aesthetic. Except as expressly set forth herein, Buyer may not return any goods without Seller’s written consent.  If an order is granted a refund a 15% restocking fee from the total sales price will be reduced from the refund.
